1. Membership Fees
All membership fees (Basic, Premium, Corporate) are payable upfront and are valid for the selected duration. Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
2. Exceptional Refunds
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment, technical errors), you may request a refund by contacting support@aicforum.com. Refunds are at the sole discretion of AIC Forum management.
3. Cancellations
Members may choose to cancel their membership. However, no partial refunds will be provided for unused periods.
4. Third-Party Services
Any services, events, or collaborations facilitated through third-party providers are subject to the respective provider’s policies. AIC Forum is not responsible for third-party transactions.
